At Blue Sky Bathrooms, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
For this reason, if a product is faulty or defective, you may return it to us with a covering letter explaining the problem within 12 months of the date of purchase. We will arrange a courier to pick up the item at our cost, and upon receipt of the returned goods, we will send you a replacement.
If you've had a change of heart, you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order that you wish to return any new unused or unopened items (this does not include made to order items), items must then be returned within 14 days of notification for a full refund. The items must be in an as-new, resaleable condition.
A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returned goods.
