Unfortunately my order delivery didn’t go to plan. I hadn’t used blueskybathrooms before, so wasn’t sure why I hadn’t heard anything about my order or delivery, so had to chase it up after a week or so. I think there must have been a bit of a hiccup dispatching the items but was promised them in a couple of days. The Britton toilet pan arrived boxed but badly smashed as inadequately packaged - just a cardboard box. Cistern and seat arrived separately undammaged along with a vanity unit and basin. On calling the company regarding the problem the issue was dealt with promptly and courteously by the company director who dealt with the problem personally. As I needed the toilet urgently by that point and couldn’t wait for a replacement, a refund was raised immediately. I am really pleased with the vanity unit and basin, which I also ordered and the way the delivery problems were dealt with, so would be happy to use Blueskybathrooms again in the future.
